The E Fund (HK) RMB Fixed Income Fund is a consistently performing fixed income Fund that targets income and capital growth by investing in RMB corporate debt and interbank notes.

The Fund is recognized to have a disciplined approach to investment and risk management and a diversified portfolio, and stable performance to date. There is a structure in place for reviews of liquidity and investment risk using multiple departments and functions. For instance, portfolio managers will make recommendations to the Fixed Income Investment Committee who oversees execution for consideration.

We recognize that single-country Funds operating in China debt are comparatively volatile asset classes, and 2020 was a challenging year with significant drawdowns. Realized losses leading to a downsized portfolio have contributed to the drawdown.

This Fund has been reviewed by four industry veterans of the Benchmark judging committee.
