The FSSA Hong Kong Growth Fund invests primarily in Hong Kong-listed companies and is recognized for its thorough investment approach and consistent benchmark outperformance.

The Fund continues its well-tested investment philosophy and process of bottom-up stock selection of quality companies that can generate long term outperformance. With a focus on absolute returns, portfolio construction is guided by capital preservation and not just growth considerations.

The Fund holds between 30-44 companies with relatively low portfolio turnover and gave a clear case explanation of its decision process and evaluation through divestments. That said, we felt there was room for more clarity on the portfolio selection process rather than apparent reliance on the “"black-box"" skills of key investment staff.

The Manager is known for its high quality and integrated ESG approach to investment and stewardship, together with clear disclosure.
