Mr. Liang WEN (Michael) is the Co-founder, President, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager of Wellsprings Capital Management LTD. since 2015. Wellsprings Capital has been the sole Investment Advisor to E-Fund China Equity Dividend Fund since its inception in 2015.

Mr. WEN has been working in Asset Management for more than 27 years. Before co-founding Wellsprings Capital, he was Portfolio Manager, CIO and Chairman of Fixed Income Investment Committee at China Asset Management (HK) Ltd. From 2010 to 2015 he independently managed China AMC China Opportunities Fund, which has continuously won awards from MorningStar, Lipper, etc. The fund’s investors include global high-profile family trusts and insurance institutions. He also co-managed a discretionary equity account from China sovereign fund.

From 2008-2010, Mr. WEN was CIO of CSOP Asset Management (HK), a subsidiary of China Southern Fund Management.

Mr. WEN holds Master of Finance of the University of Hong Kong.
